- Parts and Accessories: Unused and unopened parts or accessories may be returned within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging and in sellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders, special-order parts, and any items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
- Used trailers are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
